Work with us
We're a small founding team building something ambitious for people who live everywhere. If that's you, we'd like to know you before we're hiring.
Where things stand
Circoolo is in private beta, built by a small founding team in São Paulo, Brazil. We're honest about the stage, so here's the honest version: we don't have formal openings posted right now. No ladders, no listed titles, no salary bands to point you at yet.
What we do have is a lot of important work and a strong preference for meeting exceptional people early — before the req exists, before it's urgent. If you're the kind of person who reads that and thinks "good, let's talk," this page is for you.
The kinds of people who fit
We're not describing roles — we're describing shapes. If your work looks like one of these, we want to hear from you:
- Flutter / mobile engineers who care about the feel of an app, not just whether it compiles — Circoolo is Flutter on iOS and Android.
- Backend engineers who like real problems: geo queries, marketplace logic, trust and reputation systems, things that have to be correct.
- Community & city ops people who can walk into a city, find the nomads, and turn a cold map into a warm room.
- Product designers who can hold the whole experience in their head and sweat the details of how people meet each other.
Don't see your exact shape? If you're excellent and you get why Circoolo should exist, reach out anyway. The most interesting people rarely match a template.
What it's like here
- Early. You'd be shaping the thing, not maintaining it. That means ambiguity, and it means your fingerprints on what ships.
- High ownership. Small team, wide surface area. You own outcomes, not tickets.
- Remote-friendly, nomad-friendly. We're building for people who live everywhere; we'd be strange not to work that way too.
- São Paulo roots. That's where the founding team is and where the company grew up — it's in our clock and our culture.
How to reach us
Skip the generic cover letter. Email hello@circoolo.com and tell us what you'd want to build at Circoolo — the thing you'd be itching to make better. Point us at work you're proud of. Short and real beats long and polished.
Curious what we're actually building and why? Start with the manifesto.
